Before you book dental treatment abroad, there is one question worth more than any price list: what happens if something goes wrong after I fly home?
Most patients never need the answer. We still believe you should have it in writing before you travel — not afterwards.
WHAT WE QUARANTEE
If a complication arises from treatment we performed — whether through a fault in our service or an unwanted effect of the treatment itself — we carry out the revision treatment you need at Casas Clinics in Istanbul, free of charge.
The guarantee runs for five years from the date your treatment began. It is not a phrase on a website. It is a signed, dated contract, issued in your name, and placed in your hands before you leave.
WHY WE PUT IT ON PAPER
Turkish law requires health tourism providers to carry complication insurance, and we carry it. But an insurance policy pays within its own limits and at the insurer's discretion — which leaves the patient negotiating with a third party at exactly the moment they want certainty.So we added our own commitment on top of it. No claim form to an insurer. No waiting for someone else's decision. If something goes wrong with work we did, you come back to the people who did it.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
At the end of your treatment we hand you a single-page contract carrying:

What is covered, and what is not (briefly)

What you need to do to keep the guarantee valid

The signature and stamp of Casas Clinics Medikal A.Ş.
One copy is yours, one stays with us. The full terms are published on this website and form part of the agreement — so nothing depends on what anyone remembers being said.
IF YOU EVER NEED TO USE IT
Contact us with photographs and, if you have one, an X-ray. We will tell you what we believe has happened and what we propose to do about it. Where the complication is covered, we arrange your revision treatment in Istanbul at no charge for the dental work required.
We would rather you never need this section. It is written down so that you can read it before you decide, not after.
WHY WE ARE ABLE TO COMMIT TO FIVE YEARS
A guarantee is only as credible as the clinic standing behind it. Casas Clinics is a registered medical unit of Private Florya Hospital, with a fixed clinical team working to hospital standards. We can commit to five years because we control the conditions the work is done in — and because we expect to still be here in five years' time.
