Casas Clinics is a health tourism company based in Istanbul-Turkey, providing (but not performing) dental treatments or other medikal treatments to international patients.
By accessing our website, contacting us, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Scope of Services
Casas Clinics acts as an intermediary organization connecting patients with licensed hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals in Turkey.
We provide:

  • Consultation and treatment planning

  • Patient coordination and support

  • Travel and accommodation guidance

All medical treatments are performed by independent, licensed healthcare providers.
3. Medical Responsibility
Casas Clinics does not directly perform medical procedures.
All treatments are carried out by partner hospitals and clinics that hold the necessary health tourism licenses and legal authority.
Medical responsibility lies solely with the treating doctor and healthcare institution.
4. Consultation & Information

  • All consultations provided are based on the information and photos shared by the patient.

  • Final diagnosis and treatment plan may change after physical examination in Turkey.

  • Casas Clinics does not guarantee specific medical outcomes.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices provided are indicative and may vary depending on individual cases.

  • Final pricing is confirmed after medical evaluation in clinic.

  • Payment terms, methods, and schedules will be clearly communicated before treatment.

6. Travel & Accommodation
Casas Clinics may assist in organizing travel and accommodation; however:

  • Patients are responsible for their travel documents (passport, visa, etc.)

  • Flight arrangements are typically the patient’s responsibility

  • External services (hotels, transfers) are subject to third-party terms

7. Patient Responsibilities
Patients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete medical information

  • Follow medical advice before and after treatment

  • Inform the clinic of any pre-existing conditions

  • Attend scheduled appointments

Failure to comply may affect treatment outcomes.
8. Cancellations & Changes

  • Appointment changes or cancellations must be communicated in advance

  • Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable

  • Casas Clinics reserves the right to reschedule or change dentist/clinic in case of unforeseen circumstances

9. Liability Limitation
Casas Clinics is not liable for:

  • Medical treatments

  • Medical complications or outcomes

  • Decisions made by doctors or clinics

  • Delays, cancellations or issues caused by third-party providers

  • Travel-related issues

10. Data Protection
All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, visuals, and branding, belongs to Casas Clinics and may not be copied or used without permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul courts.
13. Changes to Terms
Casas Clinics reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this page.

REFUND POLICY

1. General Principle

At Casas Clinics, we aim to provide a transparent and fair experience for all our patients. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which payments may or may not be refunded.

2. Consultation Fees

  • Initial consultations provided online are free of charge.

  • Therefore, no refund applies to online consultation services.

3. Deposits

In some cases, a deposit may be requested to secure your booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If sufficient notice is given, we may offer:

    • Rescheduling, or

    • Credit for future treatment

Each case will be evaluated individually.

4. Treatment Payments

  • Payments made for medical treatments are subject to the policies of the treating clinic or hospital

  • Once treatment has started or been completed, no refunds are generally applicable

5. Changes in Treatment Plan

  • Final treatment plans are determined after in-person examination

  • If the treatment scope changes:

    • The price may increase or decrease accordingly

    • The patient will always be informed and must approve changes and make payment before proceeding

Refunds are not applicable based on dissatisfaction with initial estimates.

6. Patient-Initiated Cancellation

If the patient cancels:

  • Before travel → Deposits are non-refundable.

  • After arrival → Costs already incurred (hotel, transfers, clinical preparation) are non-refundable.

7. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend scheduled appointments without notice may result in:

  • Loss of deposit

  • Additional rescheduling costs

8. Third-Party Services

Casas Clinics is not responsible for refunds related to:

  • Flights

  • Visa expenses

  • External accommodation (unless explicitly included in a package)

These are subject to third-party providers’ policies.

9. Exceptional Cases

We aim to be fair and understanding.

In exceptional situations (like medical emergencies), refund, reschedule or credit decisions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Attending follow-up appointments

Failure to comply may affect results and recovery.

7. Travel & Treatment Risks

Traveling for medical treatment involves additional considerations, including:

  • Flight-related risks

  • Post-treatment travel limitations

  • Recovery outside your home country

Patients accept these risks voluntarily.

8. Limitation of Liability

Casas Clinics shall not be held liable for:

  • Medical treatments

  • Medical complications or outcomes

  • Dissatisfaction with results

  • Decisions made by healthcare providers

  • Indirect or consequential damages

9. Emergency Situations

Patients are advised to seek immediate local medical attention in case of emergency after or before returning to their home country.

We perform all treatments at our partner hospitals and clinics which have health tourism licenses and authority given by Turkish Health Ministry.
